Is there an additional charge for extra guests?

Yes, the listed rate of MYR 680 per night covers a family package for 2 adults and 3 children.

Additional guests will be charged at MYR 90 per adult and MYR 45 per child (ages 2–12) per night.

What kind of accommodations do you offer?

At The Farm, there are two distinct villa options you can book the house by the lake (lakeside) and the house on the hill (hillside).

Hillside rests on a little elevation, providing refreshing mountain and waterfront views from its terrace and immersing you in scenic tranquility.

Lakeside is a villa framed by serene water views and lush landscapes.

What is the maximum occupancy and bedding arrangement for each unit?

House on the Hills can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 comes with a queen-sized bed, while Bedroom 2 is furnished with two single beds. Additional sleeping arrangements include three single floor mattresses and a sofa bed in the living area, offering a total of up to eight sleeping spaces.

House by the Lake also accommodates up to 8 guests. This two-bedroom unit includes two single beds in Bedroom 1 and two bunk beds (four beds) in Bedroom 2. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, bringing the total capacity to eight people.

The combined maximum occupancy for both houses is 16 guests.

What activities are available at The Farm?

• Feed farm animals (cows, chickens, goats, rabbits), possibly even spot a hornbill.

• Fish in any of the three lakes (fishing lake, fish farming lake, water lily lake) with red tilapia, baung, and patin fish. Fishing rods and caretaker assistance are provided.

• Have a BBQ or bonfire—arrangements are available upon request (additional charges may apply).

• Sample local kampung delicacies delivered to your home and pick seasonal fruits like mangoes, rambutans, durians, mangosteens, or jackfruits straight from the trees.

• Host small to medium gatherings—a great venue for family bonding or group retreats

Is The Farm family-friendly?

Yes! We welcome guests of all ages and offer plenty of child-friendly activities, open spaces, and safe interactions with farm animals.

Are meals provided during the stay?

Meals are not included. However, once your booking is confirmed, we’ll be happy to share contact details of nearby restaurants. You may liaise with them directly to place your orders, and some may be able to deliver straight to the property for your convenience.

Is The Farm pet-friendly?

We’re happy to have your furry friends visit the farm! Just let us know in advance if you’re bringing them along. For the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that pets remain outside the house during your stay.
